Learn a language, make progress, and build confidence
A summer camp to learn, grow and have fun
Chantemerle is a private boading school founded and managed by the Wegmüller family since 1966. This summer, Chantemerle invites students to a unique programme combining language learning, hands-on projects and personal growth together with sports, fun activities and outdoor adventures.
Offering a summer camp at a year-long boarding school provides unparalleled structure, safety, and academic excellence. With small class sizes and dedicated guidance, each participant receives the support necessary to achieve meaningful progress and build lasting confidence.
Beautifully located in nature, overlooking lake Geneva and the Alps, Chantemerle stands out as a genuine boutique school: intentionally small (65 students), with personalized academic and pastoral care in a healthy family atmosphere.
SpeakUp : language learning in action - French, English or German
At Chantemerle, language learning goes beyond textbooks, combining hands-on exercises and immersive experiences to make learning French, English or German efficient and fun.
Through projects, students build confidence in their ability to communicate and collaborate in the target language. Faced with real-world problems, we teach them to think critically, conduct research, and engage in debates.
Surrounded by experienced native teachers, in small classes and during activities, our programme transforms language learning into a practical, engaging, and memorable journey, equipping students with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the 21st century.

Engineering the World -
Mathematics & Physics revision
Programme available from from June 28th to July 19th, 2026
In this hands-on STEM programme, students ages 12-17 reinforce essential maths and physics principles — from algebra and geometry to forces and energy, to tackle real-world problems.
Led by professional engineers from the prestigious EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale Lausanne), this programme gives students a unique opportunity to strengthen their core maths and physics skills while developing their critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork skills along the way.
A highlight of the programme is a guided visit to EPFL, where students see world-class laboratories, research facilities, and engineering projects in action, connecting classroom theory to cutting-edge applications.
