Chantemerle offers an all-inclusive fee structure covering most of the services available to our students. Fees are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and are provided for information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify and adjust our fees.

The parent has been informed of the pedagogical project, the educational methods and the organisation of Chantemerle School, in particular through the school’s documentation and the website www.chantemerle.ch. The admission of a student to Chantemerle implies the acceptance of the financial conditions by the parents or legal guardian.
An initial down payment of CHF 1’600.- (full school year) or CHF 800.- (short-term immersion and holiday camps) covers the registration fees and guarantees the reservation of the student’s place. This amount is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the camp. Registrations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment upon registration.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
More than 60 days before arrival: refund of all fees, less the initial deposit.
31 to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the programme fees (deposit retained).
30 days or less before arrival: no refund.
No refund will be granted for late arrival, early departure, absence, illness, homesickness, disciplinary dismissal, or unused services.
In the event of a visa refusal, all fees except the initial deposit will be refunded upon presentation of the official refusal letter.
During the school year, the boarding and tuition fees, as well as personal expenses deductible from the child’s personal deposit, will be paid according to the agreed payment plan. Early departure of a pupil must be notified in writing 30 days before the next term. A term started is due in full. Payments made in advance will not be refunded in the event of early departure, cancellation or expulsion. In case of late payment, the school reserves the right to refuse the student.
The school may take photographs and videos during school activities, events, and programmes. These images may be used for communication and promotional purposes, including on the school’s website, social media platforms, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Parents or legal guardians consent to the use of such images unless they notify the school in writing that they do not wish their child to appear in photographs or videos used for these purposes.
In case of illness, accident, or medical emergency, the school is authorised to take all necessary steps to ensure the student receives appropriate medical care. This may include contacting a doctor, transporting the student to a medical facility, or authorising emergency treatment. Parents or legal guardians will be informed as soon as possible.
