The parent has been informed of the pedagogical project, the educational methods and the organisation of Chantemerle School, in particular through the school’s documentation and the website: www.chantemerle.ch.
An initial payment of CHF 1’600.- (CHF 1’000.- for immersion, CHF 500.- for holiday camps) covers the admission fee and guarantees the reservation of the student’s place. This amount is non-refundable. School fees and board, as well as variable fees deductible from the child’s personal deposit, will be paid according to the agreed payment plan. Early departure of a pupil must be notified in writing 30 days before the next term. A term started is due in full. Payments made in advance will not be refunded in the event of early departure, cancellation or expulsion. In case of late payment, the school reserves the right to refuse the student.

The admission of a student to Chantemerle implies the acceptance of the financial conditions by the parents or legal guardian. I understand that images of my child may be published on the internet. If deemed necessary, I will contact Chantemerle and clarify my position regarding this use.
I also authorize Chantemerle to initiate appropriate medical intervention in the event of an emergency.
In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is Vevey.
