The first payment of CHF 1'600.- covers the fixed admission fee, and the fixed charges and guarantees the reservation of your child's place. This amount is non-refundable. Tuition and board, as well as variable fees deductible from the child's personal deposit, will be paid in accordance with the approved payment plan. Notice of Departure: The school administration must make prior arrangements regarding class training, schedule structure, room lists and recruitment. For this reason, a student's departure must be communicated by registered letter no later than 30 days before the beginning of the coming term. A started term is due in its entirety. Payments made in advance will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, early departure or dismissal of the student. In case of late payments, the school reserves the right to refuse the student. The admission of a student to Chantemerle implies the acceptance of the financial conditions by the parents or the legal representative. Chantemerle reserves the right to change tuition fees. I understand that images of my child can be published on the internet. If deemed necessary, I will contact Chantemerle and clarify my position with respect to such use. I also authorize Chantemerle to initiate the appropriate medical intervention in the case of an emergency. In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is Vevey. I understand and accept the financial conditions of Chantemerle.

Not included: pocket money, medical insurance (+ 6.-/ day). Extra fees for sport academies : + CHF 500.-(football, basketball, tennis junior, horse riding), + CHF 700.- (ice hockey and golf).
