Cambridge IGCSE – One year pathway at Chantemerle
Cambridge IGCSE – A Broad and Balanced Curriculum in English
Is your child bilingual with a B1 level in English? Why not offer them the opportunity to take the internationally recognized International GCSE ? The IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) is based on the UK GCSE programme, but is tailored to a more internationally orientated group of students.
IGCSEs is the most popular international qualification in the world for 14-16 year olds. It is suitable for learners whose first language is not English. It provides both clear evidence of a bilingual education and excellent language skills. Whether your child chooses to continue their studies towards the IB Diploma or A levels, we believe that the IGCSE programme is the ideal springboard for advanced study in English.
At Chantemerle, the IGCSE programme is offered in 1 or 2 years and covers the following subjects: (for more information)
